Szechuan Sauce

Ingredients
Dried red chili peppers 15 grams (30 peppers) Fresh Garlic, 25 grams (8 cloves)Splenda 1 gram (1 packet)White Distilled Vinegar 6 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Soak chili peppers in warm water for at least 10 minutes. Drain water. Combine and grind chili peppers, garlic, vinegar, and Splenda into a paste.

Heat sesame seed oil until it smokes. Add the oil to the paste mixture. Mix and cool the sauce. Refrigerate until you are going to use it.

Made 147 grams of sauce. 14 gram servings.
