1.25 cups Splenda1 TBSP Molasses0.5 cup Butter2 large Eggs, beaten1 tsp Baking soda0.25 cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt1 cup mashed bananas1.5 cups All Purpose Flour1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder1 tsp Cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease and flour a 5x9 loaf pan
2. Cream Butter and Splenda together until light and fluffy. Add molasses and mix well. Add Eggs and beat well.
3. Dissolve Baking Soda in Yogurt and add to mixture. Mix well.
4. Add mashed bananas (I find 3 works out to close to 1 cup), and mix in.
5. Add flour and mix.
6. Pour into loaf pan (or you can use 9x9 pan if you prefer), bake for 40-45 min, until toothpick comes out clean.
