Salmon Orzo Salad

Ingredients
8 oz Salmon Fillet Grilled to your liking and flaked1 cup Orzo cooked according to package instructions omit salt, drain and cool8 oz asparagus spears cut into 2 inch lengths cooked to your liking1/2 cup dried cranberries1/4 cup sliced green onions3 Tbl EVOO1 Tbl white wine vinegar1 1/2 tsp Dijon style mustard1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
Whisk together last 5 ingredients in a bowl
Combine the sauce mixture with the salmon, orzo, asparagus and cranberries
Can serve chillled or warm
