1 Box of Dreamfields Elbow Macaroni4 oz. of Cabot 75% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar1/2 to 1 cup of milk1 tbsp butterSeasoning to suit taste
Bring six quarts of water to a boil and cook pasta according to boxed instructions
Take cheese and either shredd or in a food processor shredd and add milk
Drain pasta and put in mixing bowl or back in pot, add butter and mix in milk/cheese mixture until well mixed, add any seasoning (ie pepper)
You can add or decrease the milk according to your preference of texture and can also add more cheese on top and bake in a non-stick pan in the oven for about 15 minutes on 375 for a crunchy bottom, but be sure to measure what you add to consider caloric changes
