It Only Tastes Sinful Powder-Free Protein Shake

Ingredients
1/2 cup nonfat milk1 fresh banana, medium size1 Kroger Carbmaster Yogurt, Strawberry or Strawberry-Banana2 sweetener packets (I prefer Equal, but any kind works!)
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processer, and mix until smooth. The shake will be pretty thick; if you prefer a thinner shake, just add 1tbs of additional milk. Enjoy!
