Creamy Tuscan Style Spread

1 1/4 cups canellini beans, drained and rinsed1-2 tbsp bean liquid (or water)1 clove garlic1 green onion, minced4 oz fat free cream cheese1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt1/2 tsp dried basil1/2 tsp dried oregano1 cup (8 oz) canned artichoke hearts (packed in water), drained well and diced1 tsp lemon juice
In a food processor, puree beans with enough of the bean liquid or water to make a thick paste.
Add garlic and green onion, puree completely.
Blend in cream cheese, yogurt and dried herbs.
Pulse in artichoke hearts and lemon juice until mixed, then transfer to a bowl or serving dish and chill before using.
