Tai Pepper Chicken

3 Chicken Breasts, skins and bones removed2 fresh sweet red peppers1 yellow or orange pepper2 tablespoons olive oil3 tablespoons raw cilantro2 cloves fresh garlic2 teaspoons fresh ginger2 tablespoons Tamari Soy Sauce6 tablespoons Tai Chili Sauce1 cup nonfat evaporated milk1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
Saute chicken in olive oil and set aside. Saute peppers in same oil. Re-add chicken to pan, and add all other incredients, except yogurt. Allow 10 minutes to simmer. Serve over brown rice, and add yogurt cold on top, to "cool" the spicy dish.
