Srees channa masala

Ingredients
1 Can Chickpeas1/2 onion chopped1 jalapeno chopped2tsp ginger-garlic paste1 tsp chilli powder1 tsp turmeric2tsp salt2tsp kitchen king masala1tsp amchur powder1tbsp canola/olive oil
Directions
In a heavy bottomed pressure cooker, heat 1tbsp oil. Add ginger garlic paste, onion, jalapeno and fry for 2mins. To this add all dry spices and salt. Then add drained chickpeas. Add 1.5 cups water. Close the lid and let it cook for 3whistles. Remove and mash 1/4th cup of the mixture with back of the spoon and let it simmer for few minutes. Adjust salt and chilli powder to taste.
