3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces1 (1 lb.) pkg frozen pepper stir-fry1 (14 oz) pkg frozen mandarin stir-fry2 Tbs. olive oil3 Tbs. lite soy sauce
Directions
Heat oil in pan, add veggies
Cook all veggies until tender
Add soy sauce during last minute or 2 of cooking
