Guilt-Free Taco Salad

Ingredients
2 cups Romaine Lettuce3 oz extra lean ground beef (even better if cooked in taco seasoning--I use leftovers from taco night)2 Tbsp. Kraft Light Three Cheese Ranch (substitute other dressing if preferred)1/4 C. 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese4 Cool Ranch Doritos, broken upCombine all ingredients and enjoy! (Heat the ground beef 30-45 seconds if using refrigerated leftovers) This recipe makes great use of your leftovers from taco night, and I love using the Doritos for a different taste from plain tortilla chips or a huge, fattening taco salad shell.
