Ingredients
1 cup Light Silk Soy Milk, Plain.5 cup Edy's Fat Free Yogurt Blends, Vanilla2 tbsp Trader Joe's Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Vanilla.25 tsp mint or peppermint extract2 drops green food coloring
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

    The taste was good....but the consistency was a little watery. It was like peppermint flavored milk. I mean I guess for that tiny calorie count, you can't add more ice cream so what choice do you have to thicken it up? - 3/19/11
