Parmesan Ranch Potatoes

2 1/2 lbs of red potatoes1/4 c. of grated parmesan cheese1 packet of dry Hidden Valley ranch dressing mixPam cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Cut potatoes into medium sized chunks.
3. Combine ranch dressing mix and parmesan cheese in a gallon sized Ziploc bag.
4. Put potato chunks into Ziploc bag. Shake to coat potatoes with ranch/parmesan mixture.
5. Spray a baking sheet with Pam cooking spray.
6. Spread potatoes out on baking sheet.
7. Bake at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes. Flip potatoes around occasionally so that all sides are golden brown.
