Smothered Cube Steak

Ingredients
1 small onion1 orange bell pepper1 10.75 can of Cream of Mushroom soup2 lbs Cube Steak1 tbsp maragine
Directions
In a pan sautee onions and bellpeppers in butter
set aside
Tenderize Cube Steak with meat mallet
Add Salt & pepper to taste
Brown cube steak
Put in oven safe pan
Cover cube steak with onions and bell peppers
Pour soup over top
Cook at 325 for about 45 minutes
