Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 cup, solid or chunks *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .33 cupDill Pickles, .25 cup, chopped or diced Egg white, 2 serving Soy Flour, .25 cup, stirred Pepper, black, .5 tsp Garlic powder, .5 tsp *Onion powder, .5 tspBasil, 1 tbsp *CONDIMENTS - Louisiana Hot Sauce, 2 tsp
Directions
Combime all ingredients, cook in a skillet with just a coating of oil, or cooking spray. cook until golden brown on both sides.
