Beef Pot Roast

Ingredients
1 3-5 lb Beef Chuck Roast1 bag Baby Carrots1 small pkg mushrooms1 pkg Onion and Mushroom soup Mix1 large can Beef Broth1 can Cream of Mushroom soup with roasted garlic1 small bag Baby red skin Potatoes
Directions
Place the meat in the bottom of a crock pot and cover with carrots, mushrooms (cut into bite size), soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours. Cut potatoes into quarters and add the potatoes. Cook for 2 1/2 hours more. Makes about 8 servings.
