Chicken Artichoke Tomato sauce

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breastspetite diced tomatoes w garlic and olive oil, 1 canwestern family petite diced tomatoes with sweet onions, 1 cannapoleon quartered artichoke hearts, 1 cansweet raw onion, .5 cup choppedGarlic, 4 tsp mincedKroger Fat Free Sour Cream, 1 serving swanson low sodium 100% fat free chicken broth, 1 can
Directions
Cook chicken ( I used frozen tenders that were defrosted a little, and then cooked with cooking spray in a pan)in pan sprayed with pan spray. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. cover and simmer until done. Remove chicken and in same pan, saute onions until translucent, then add tomatoes. After warmed through, add artichokes. I ended up splitting and chopping them a little, so I would suggest doing that first. Then slice the chicken into smaller chunks, and then add to the pot, stirring to make everything blended. Add sour cream and stir smooth. Serve over favorite whole wheat pasta!
