Wholesome Oatmeal Pancakes

1.5 C Old Fashion Oats or Quick Oats (not instant)2 C Organic Fat Free Milk.5 C Whole Wheat Flour1 Tsp Sugar (can substitute with Stivia)1 Tsp Baking Soda1 Tsp Salt 2 Organic Grain Fed Eggs (beaten)
Mix oats and buttermilk. Then, beat in flour, sugar, soda, salt, and eggs.
Heat large skillet sprayed with Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Using 1/4 C measuring cup, pour batter into pan in small circles spaced so that they do not mix together. (Note: batter is rather thin) Cook until bubbles do not fill in and edges are cooked through. Turn and cook for another few minutes.
Remove from pan and serve.
