Low-fat Potato Salad

Ingredients
7-8 Yukon Gold Potatoes.25 cup of dill pickles.5 cup of cucumber1 egg hard boiled.75 cup of light mayo1 tsp brown mustardsaltpepperpaprikaonion powdergarlic powder
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes into bite size cubes, boil until tender (put egg in pan for the last 5 minutes). Let cool. Mix mayo, mustard, and spices (spices to taste) and set aside. Finely chop pickles or use relish. Cut the cucumber into chunks. Peel the egg and chop it up. Add everything to a large bowl and mix.
