stuffed peppers

Ingredients
6 bell peppers1 lb. ground turkey1 cup uncooked white rice8 oz. mozzerella cheese (shredded)1 small onion chopped1 cup beef broth1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
Directions
Cut top off and hollow out bell peppers. Mix turkey, rice, cheese and onion. Fill peppers with mixture. Place in slow cooker. Cover peppers with tomatoes, and pour broth around sides. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours.
