Ingredients

    1/4 cup Birds Eye The Ultimate Southwest Blend, thawed (black beans, corn, onions, chiles)
    1/4 cup 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 Mission Low Carb Taco Size Flour Tortilla
    2 Tbsp. Pico de Gallo
    2 Tbsp. Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    Cooking spray

Directions

Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Heat on Medium High Heat. Thaw and drain the southwest blend. Fill the tortilla with the vegetable blend, and cheese. Fold and heat on each side for about 5 minutes. Top with pico de gallo and sour cream.
