Matzo Brei

Introduction

A delicious breakfast for Passover or any time of year. A delicious breakfast for Passover or any time of year.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 Matzohs, crushed
    3 large eggs
    2 T vegetable oil

Directions

Soak Matzoh in hot water for about 15-20 seconds. Drain all water from Matzoh.

Beat eggs in separate bowl and then add Matzoh to eggs.

Add oil to fry pan. Once hot add Matzoh and egg mixture at a time. Let cook on one side til brown then flip.

Once both sides are brown it is done.

Serve as you would an omelet.
