Ingredients

1.5 Cups dried Great Northern Beans
1.5 Cups dried Navy Beans
1.5 Cups dried Lima Beans
8 cups low sodium chicken stock
1 whole chicken breast fillet, cubed
8 oz. ground turkey
2 cups chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 jalapeņo peppers, chopped finely
1 habanero pepper, chopped finely
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 TBS olive oil
1 TBS Mrs. Dash Chipotle Flavored seasoning
1 TBS cayenne pepper
1 Tsp ground cumin
Directions
Rinse and sort beans. Soak overnight.
In a large pot, heat 1 TBS olive oil. Brown cubed chicken and ground turkey. Add onion, peppers, and garlic, and saute until softened. Add broth, beans, and seasonings and stir until mixed. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until beans are soften and liquid thickens, about 3 hours.
ALTERNATIVE COOKING TECHNIQUES:
After browning poultry and sauteeing vegetables, combine with remaining ingredients in crock pot or pressure cooker. Cook overnight in crockpot, or cook 1 hour in pressure cooker.
