Ingredients

Grease a muffin top pan. I used coconut oil.
Mix together 2 large eggs along with 6 egg whites, (I used egg substitute.)
Add 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Season to taste.
Any topping can be added.
Bake at 350* for 7 to 8 minutes.
Tips
Add your favorite toppings.
