Introduction
My husband accidentally brought home angel food instead of devil's food cake mix. I had planned to make another member recipe for pumpkin brownies... so, I played mad scientist! I whipped these up and was pleasantly surprised to have made a moist, cake-like/brownie-like/bread-like pumpkin surprise! They were really good--even my husband, who doesn't like pumpkin pie, let alone pumpkin-y things, loved it! With a little light whipped cream, it tastes just like pumpkin pie! Enjoy! Ingredients

1 box fat-free angel food cake
15oz can of pure pumpkin
1/4 cup water
1-2 Tbs cinnamon (I didn't really measure--use as much or as little as you prefer)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1-2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat at low speed for 1 min, then on high until well blended.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until a knife comes out clean when testing the center. Cake will be springy and firm to the touch.
Top with light whipped cream and enjoy warm or cold!
