Mamms' Pumpkin Pie Brownie Surprise

Introduction
My husband accidentally brought home "angel food" instead of "devil's food" cake mix - I had planned to make another members recipe for Pumpkin Brownies... So I played mad scientist - I whipped these up and was pleasantly surprised to have made a moist, cake like/brownie like/bread like pumpkin surprise! They were really good - even my husband who doesn't like pumpkin pie, let alone pumpkiny things, loved it! With a little light whip cream its just like pumpkin pie! Enjoy! Ingredients

1 box fat free Angel Food Cake
15oz can of pure pumpkin
1/4 cup water
1-2 Tbs cinnamon (I didn't really measure I free handed - use as much or as little as you prefer)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1-2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat at Low speed for 1 min, then on High until well blended.
Pour into a greased 13 by 9 baking dish - Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until a knife comes out clean when testing the center. Cake will be springy and firm to the touch.
Top with light whipped cream and enjoy warm or cold!
