    1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans (chick peas)
    1 oz onion, chopped
    3 tbs water
    2 tbs soy sauce
    1/8 tsp ground ginger (3 tsp fresh grated ginger)
    1 tsp rice vinegar
    1-2 dashes hot sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy.
