Ingredients

    1 egg slightly beaten
    2 tsp Garlic salt
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp ground sage
    1/8 cup canola oil

Directions

Put the oil in a skillet and start to heat it up. Combine all other ingredients and mix together well, then make into small balls and cook them in the oil.

*This recipe can be used with ground beef also, however the calorie count is based on using the ground turkey. Also you can use garlic cloves instead of garlic salt if you want.

This recipe makes 6 servings, a serving is 5 meatballs. (This is assuming that you make 30 small meatballs like I did)

Very good!!! I used panko crumbs and added some onions and it was delish!!

One meatball is about the equivalent of one tbsp (Easier to measure out).
