Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
2 Jars Spaghetti sauce1 pound lean gorund beef1 12 ounce box of jumbo pasta shellsGarlicParsleyBasil1 15 ounce tub ricotta cheese1 16 ounce tub small curd cottage cheese1 cup mozzarella cheese1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese3 cloves garlic1 jumbo eggSaltPepper
Directions
Brown ground beef and garlic together in a skillet, drain. Add both jars of sauce to beef/garlic mixture and combine.
Cook shells until they are almost done, drain and set aside to cool.

In a bowl, combine egg, ricotta cheese, and cottage cheese. Add in parmesan and half of the mozzarella cheese. Add in salt, pepper, basil, parsley to taste and mix well.

Lightly grease a baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spoon a small amount of sauce into pan, just enough to cover bottom. Spoon cheese mixture into shells and place them in pan. After you filled all the shells, pour the remain sauce mixture over the tops and top with the remain mozzarella cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Makes about 48 shells. One serving = 2 shells.
