GI Diet Meatloaf

Ingredients
About a pound and a half to two pounds of lean ground beef. 2 omega 3 eggs 1.5 cups old fashioned oatmeal. (may add a little more to get consistancy that you like)1 cup of chopped onions2 cups V-86 teasp of Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Mix all ingrediants together and place in pan sprayed with Pam. I use a brownie pan and cut it into twelve servings.
Bake at 350 for about an hour or until meatloaf reaches 160 degrees.
