B & T Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
3 cups crushed tomatoes with herbs1 1/2 cup chicken broth 3 cloves garlic, minced1 1/2 cups peeled chopped zuchinni1 cup peeled and chopped egg plant cubes1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celerySalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredents in large slow cooker. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 6-8 hours. Serve hot.
