Ingredients
300g potatoes diced4 tsp olive oil2 butterfly chicke breastbalsamic vinegar15g fresh rosemary chopped
Directions
Dice potatoes and toss in oil and rosemary
heat oven to 200 deg C and cook for 30 mins
butterfly chicken breasts - heat oli and cook 6mins each side add balsamic and cook for further minute
