Sweet Corn Cake Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef (96% lean)1 - 15 oz. can black beans1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning mix (1.25 oz.)1/2 cup water1 package Chi-Chi's Sweet Corn Cake Mix1 - 14.75 oz. can sweet cream style corn2 Tbls. Earth Balance Buttery Spread (melted)1/8 cup water.5 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef.
Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning mix and water.
Spoon into casserole.
Prepare sweet corn cake mix using 1 can of cream style corn, 2 tbls of buttery spread and 1/8 cup water.
Spread corn cake mix over top of beef mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
