This was an absolutely perfect meal! Yum, yum, yummy and so healthy. ...It did ruin my broiler pan though so watch the sauce to make sure it stays on the fish as much as possible. The sauce that spilled on the pan turned into tar. - 12/18/08

If you don't have a ripe mango try seedless orange sections. I keep a couple of cans of Mandarin Oranges on hand, just rinse and use. - 3/24/10

This is delicious. A great way to serve salmon. If you cover your broiler pan with foil you will eliminate the "tar" problem. - 11/12/09

I added some jalapeno pepper to the mix- nice contrast to the sweetness of the mango...MJ - 8/12/08

I love the lime-ginger combo, especially with seafood but I can't do it without a touch of garlic and chili sauce. - 3/8/10

This was exceptional - I only used 1T honey (1/2 cup seemed like a lot!) andit was still delish! I took a picture because it looked like a restaurant meal - 2/5/10

Very sweet, but yummy. Drowns out the flavor of the salmon a little bit, but it worked for me for the bed of spinach that I used in place of the romaine. - 3/13/07

Family had this tonight. Very refreshing. Lime adds a great flavor, but I might cut down quantity a little next time. My husband and son both said is was very good. - 3/27/07

Try lining your broiler pan with aluminum foil, so it stays perfectly clean and "tar" free. - 3/18/10

I don't cook. I mean, I call the kitchen "the ice room" for a reason. Seriously, I never cook. But my husband (the chef) was sick last week and I had to do something. So, I tried this. And I did it. Me. The non-chef.

Fantastic. Absolutely delicious. And we've had it once more since then. Thank yo - 2/1/10

We enjoyed this one, but by the time the fish was done, the sauce had begun to carmelize. The flavor was very good. We cooked it on the stove top in a grilling pan. Will cut back on the sauce next time. - 1/26/10

This was delicious but even though we like lime, there was too much and so the balance was wrong for our taste will make it again reducing the lime. - 6/15/10

I really liked the Lime flavor. I normally use lemon on fish and lime was a terrific change - 10/21/09

I made this today and my DH and I enjoyed it but I felt it was too sweet. I thought that the sweetness of the mango was enough. I will make it again but with just a touch of the honey - 8/7/07
