MARGARINE, Fleishman's Olive Oil Spread, 2 Tbs.Hodson Mill 100% Stone Ground Yellow Corn Meal, 1 cup Water, 4 cupsSaltPepper
Bring water to a boil, gradually whisk in corn mill, avoiding lumps. Cook for 5 min., stirring frequently. Add margarine, to corn meal, and season with salt and pepper.
Let sit to firm, before slicing.
