Ingredients
3-5 oz Tilapia Fish Fillet1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning1 tbsp. Smart Balance Omega Plus Mayonnaise2 Slices Dill Pickles Arnold Select Sandwich Thins Multi Grain 1 Sandwich thin,
Directions
Coat Tilapia with Cajun seasoning and cook in skillet (I use nonstick spray but you can use olive oil, just don't forget to add it to you counter) for about three min. a side.
In a small bowl mix diced dill pickles with 1 tbsp of Smart Balance Omega Plus Mayonnaise (tartar sauce). Put fish on Sandwich thins and top with your tartar sauce and enjoy.
