GOOD FOR YOU - BANANA APPLESAUCE BREAD

Ingredients
4 large or 5 med ripe bananas - mashed1/2 c splenda blend1/2 c sugarfree applesauce1/2 c liquid egg1/2 c whole wheat flour1 1/2 c all purpose flour1/4 c ground flax seed1 tsp baking soda1 Tbsp baking powder2 tsp cinnamon (divided)1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)1/2 c pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and spray 9x5 loaf pan. Mix mashed bananas and splenda, let sit while you assemble rest of ingredients. Add applesauce and egg, mix well. Add flours, flax, baking soda, baking powder, protein powder, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix well and pour into prepared pan. Finely chop pecans and add remaining 1 tsp cinnamon and spread on top, pressing in lightly. Bake 45 min. or until wooden skewer inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 min
Remove from pan and cool until you can't stand it anymore.
