Blueberry Muffins

1 3/4 C Wheat Flour1/2 C. sucanat2 tsp. baking powder1 beaten egg3/4 C. milk1/4 c. cooking oil1 tsp. salt1/2 c. blueberries
In mixing bowl combine flour, sucanat, baking poweder and salt. Make a well in the center. Combine egg, oil and milk, add all at once and mix. Lightly grease muffin cups or line with paper cups. Fill 2/3's full. Bake in a 375* oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 10 - 12.
