Flatout Pizzaa

Ingredients
1 Package Hormel Pepperoni16 ozs. Sargento's reduced fat 4 cheese mexican blend1 Jar Ragu Pizza Sauce2 cups Baby Spinach 4 Flatout flatbreads1 Ripe tomato
Directions
puree spinach if you want to add it to your sauce - this works well if you want to hide it from the kids

preheat oven to 350

lay 2 flatbreads on a large rectangular pan & bake for 7-10 minutes

take out of oven, and spread pizza sauce on flatbreads thick enough to cover to edge

cover with cheese

If you didn't puree the spinach, you can add it now

top with pepperoni & tomato (and whatever other toppings you wish)

bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted
