Eggplant, yellow,green, red, and bell peppers, onions, tomato, swiss cheese, olives, eggs, salt and oregano.
Slide all the ingredients. Peel the Eggplant, slice it, and place it in a oven pan. Top it with the rest of the slice veggies. Mixed the eggs with salt. Through it on the top of the veggies. Place the slices of cheese, one next to the other, trying to cover all the pan, add the olives on top, and add the oregano.
