waffle PB&J snack

Ingredients
Peanut butter, 1 tbsp (better'n peanut butter is half the calories or regular peanut butter- i highly suggest it- found at Trader Joe's)Jam, 1 tbsp (I use TJ jam because it doesn't have any high fructose corn syrup)1 Kashi original waffle- good fiber, more interesting than bread! 85 calories for one. Found in the freezer aisle of most grocery stores.toast waffle and spread PB and J on it. cut in half and make into a sandwich. If you are hungry for more than a snack, for 85 more calories you can just toast two waffles and make a waffle sandwich meal!
