Chicken Curry Salad

Ingredients
8 oz chicken breastRed Curry Sauce - 1 serving1/2 onion1 tsp Garlic1 bunch of Spinach1/2 cucumber1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Thinly slice Chicken breast.
Slice onion and mince garlic, saute in olive oil.
Add chicken breast and cook until ready.
Add one cup water and red curry sauce.
Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve over spinach and cucumber.
Enjoy!
