Shrimp Timmy

16oz. Raw Shrimp, Peeled and Veined2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter2 Cloves Garlic, minced2 tsp. Dry Cooking Sherry
Wash and dry shrimp before starting.
Saute' garlic in butter over medium heat until garlic is soft, but not browned.
Add shrimp to pan, forming one, even layer. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side.
Lower heat and add sherry. Cook another 2-3 minutes on low.
Add fresh lemon juice to taste. Serve with rice or couscous.
