Spicy Grilled Teriyaki Mahi with Ginger & Lime

Ingredients
1 lb Mahi Mahi2" fresh ginger root, grated, about 4 tsp1/2 cup tamari soy sauce2 tbsp honey'2-3 drops 'Smack my Ass & Call me Sally' hot sauce2 limes, juiced
Directions
Divide 1 lb of Mahi into 4 portions. Place all ingredients in Ziploc bag as follows: juice yields of 2 limes, grated ginger root, honey, tamari soy sauce, & hot sauce. (this sauce is really, REALLY hot). Marinate for an hour, up to 24 hours. Grill skin side down for several minutes, then flip and grill another couple minutes, until browned. Enjoy!

    I served this with carmelized pineapple and barley. Didn't have the Sally sauce, so I used Beyond Death sauce. Amazing! - 2/19/10
