Ingredients
215g baked sweet potato - sliced100g asparagus100g mushrooms1 small red pepper1 tspn veggie stock powder75g wensleydale cheese
Directions
placed sliced baked potato in shallow baking dish.

chop asparagus, mushroom & red pepper and stir fry in non stick dish.

add a small amount of water and stock.

put veggies on top of sweet potato and grate sheese on top

Grill (broil) until bubbly.
