The Best Meat Loaf You Will Ever Eat.

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 cup Stove Top Stuffing1 egg or substitute1/2 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic minced1 tbsp Ketchup 1 tbsp A1 steak sauce 1 tsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Johnny's seasoning saltsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 375f. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. *I do NOT use my hands to mix ingredients, I use a fork and I think this is the key!
Place in loaf pan. *I put the mixture in loosely so there are lots of cracks and crevises, don't mash it into baking pan.
Slide into oven. Cook for 45 minutes or longer.
*I like to cook it until it has lots of little crunchy bits, but this is person preference.
