Apple Cinnamon Bulgar

Ingredients
1/4 c bulgar (dried cracked wheat)1/2 c nonfat milk1/2 c unsweetened applesauce1 tbl honey1/4 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup fresh blueberries2 tbl sliced almonds
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine bulgar and milk, bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover tightly and set aside for 25 minutes.

Uncover pan and stir in applesauce, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Divide into 2 portions and top each with 1/2 of the blueberries and almonds. Serve immediately.
