Teresa - I am a diabetic and this recipe keeps me sane. I have been putting it in the freezer lately and almost letting it freeze - almost like ice cream.

I love this dessert! However, I did change it some...I used Sugar Free French Vanilla Creamer and put in into a reduced fat graham cracker crust and made a pie instead!!! - 3/1/12

Am I missing the cooking or refrigerating instructions?

All I see is the ingredients, the instructions to mix it and that it makes 20 cupcakes.

    Help!! - 7/13/10

You don't cook it. You can put it in the refrigerator. It is pretty well ready right away as you used cold products. Sometimes I put it in the freezer and eat it like ice cream.

I have used this recipe before and it is great. However, I got bored and decided to switch it up a little. I took out the creamer and the jello pudding and used General Foods sugar free instant coffee in whatever flavor I felt like for the day. YUMMY!! =) - 6/23/10

Sounds delicious! I can't wait to try it. I have one questions. Do you put it in cupcake baking papers? - 6/29/10

Yes I do - the little ones - and then put them in the freezer to cool. They are great pop in the mouth snacks.

I had everything in my house to make this...I changed it up a bit tho,I added one sugar free vanilla wafer cookie to the middle and one to the bottom of each cup.....and topped it off with chocolate shavings from a grated sugar free dark chocolate candy bar! It was a hit at my place! :0)~ - 4/19/10
