1 apple, chopped3 bananas, mashed1 orange, sliced and chopped, 1 T orange zest1 cup raisins1/2 cup slivered almonds1 tsp cinnamon2 ounces sweet red wine1/4 cup matzo meal (kosher for passover) 1T honey
Prepare all fruit and mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Tastes better chilled.
