Curry White Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 15oz can white beans (1.75 cups)1 T olive oil4 cloves garlic (whole)1 T curry powder1 t cumin1 t salt
Directions
1. Drain beans and rinse. Peel garlic.
2. Place all ingredients into food processor.
3. Process until fine paste forms. Scrap down sides of bowl as necessary.

Makes seven 1/4 cup servings.
