Breakfast ratatouille egg casserole

Ingredients
2 cups prepared ratatouille1 cup 2 % cottage cheese1 1/2 cups egg beaters
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Mix ratatouille, cottage cheese and egg beaters. Turn into casserole dish. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
