Blueberry-Raspberry + protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Stonyfield Farms Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt1/2 cup Whole Foods frozen blueberries1/2 cup Whole Foods frozen raspberries1/2 cup nonfat milk1/3 serving (one scoop) of GNC Wheybolic Vanilla protein powder
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency.

This recipe can come out rather thick if you don't thaw either fruit. I keep about a cup of blueberries in the fridge so they are thawed for the next day; that means only the raspberries are frozen. If you substitute fresh fruits over frozen, add a couple of ice cubes.

Makes one smoothie.
